1. General

i) The opening time and date of the contest is Sunday 1st August 2012 at 9am AEST , and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is Monday 24th December 2012 at midnight AEST. Entries submitted after this time will not be considered.

2. Restrictions

i) This competition is open to Australia and New Zealand residents only.

ii) Employees and Agents of Albion Sports Pty Ltd, retailers promoting the competition, their employees and family members and anyone connected to this competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Rules to participate

Main Draw

i) Entrants must purchase an albion helmet to be eligible to enter and redeem the prize during the specified period.

ii) Entrants must retain their receipt as proof of purchase to be eligible to redeem the prize.

iii) Entrants can enter the competition more than once, as long as each entry reflects a receipt as proof of purchase for each helmet, reflective of the number of entries submitted.

iv) Entrants must complete all the required fields on the registration form to be eligible to redeem the prize.

v) A winner for each state and territory in Australia, and one winner from New Zealand will be randomly drawn at the location of the Albion Sports head office no later than Monday 7th January, 2013, and will be contacted by mobile phone and email no later than Monday 14th January, 2013.

vi) Valid winners will be published on the Practice with Ponting Website once winners have been contacted.

vii) Published winners are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

Wildcard Entry

i) Entrants will be able to register one additional valid entry into the Main Draw on top of all valid purchases made, should they choose to enter into the Wildcard Entry via albion's Facebook photo gallery.

ii) Purchasers of an albion helmet can only enter the Wildcard Entry if they have have taken a photograph with the in-store cutout of Ricky Ponting at point of purchase.

iii) The photograph of the purchaser and the in-store Ricky cutout must be clearly visible and the entrant must be easily identifiable

iv) Ricky Ponting cutouts are only on display at selected stores across Australia and New Zealand.

v) This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You are providing your information to albion and not to Facebook. By participating in this promotion you agree to a complete release of Facebook from any claims.

4. Prize(s)

i) One winner from each state and territory and one winner from New Zealand (plus a guardian if under 18 years of age) will be awarded with return flights to Sydney (if not already a resident of NSW) to attend a one (1) hour net session, followed by a private lunch with Cricket legend Ricky Ponting. Date of net session is Saturday 16th March, 2013 (date subject to change). In the event a date change does occur, Albion Sports Pty Ltd. will seek to notify winners immediately that the new date is confirmed.

ii) Prize includes return flights from nearest international airport within Australia and New Zealand to Sydney airport, transport to/from Sydney airport to net session venue, and lunch.

iii) Airfares are standard economy fares. Duration of winning event is for one day only.

iv) Total prize pool is to an estimated value of $1000, based on advertised flights at the time of competition permit application.

v) Prize does not include transport fees incurred to local airport nor any luggage costs.

5. Results

i) Winners will be contacted directly via mobile and email if requested no later than January 14th, 2013.

ii) Once entrant is deemed a valid winner, winners will be publicly announced on the Practice with Ponting Website.

iii) If the winner/s of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made by Albion Sports by Thursday 17th January, 2013, Albion Sports will be entitled to select an alternative winner/s from among the remaining entrants. In the event of an unclaimed prize, a redraw will take place on Friday 18th January, 2013 at 1pm AEST. The alternative winner will be randomly drawn at the location of the Albion Sports head office, and will be contacted by mobile phone and email no later than Monday 21st January, 2013.

iv) Details of the winners will be available for four (4) weeks on our website and social media platforms from Monday 21st January, 2013. Details can also be obtained by writing to Albion Sports Pty Ltd, Portside Business Park, 33/3 Westside Ave, Port Melbourne, Victoria 3207.

v) If proof of age is requested, and if satisfactory proof of age is not received, Albion Sports reserves the rights to randomly select another winner/s.

6. General Conditions

i) Any entry, which does not comply with the rules, may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Albion Sports. Albion Sports is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, misdirected entries, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, garbled, delayed electronic or other communications or other technical problems related to online or mobile entries. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of delivery.



ii) By submitting your details to Albion Sports, you represent and warrant that your submission is true, and reflects your personal details at time of submission. If you are the winner, you also acknowledge that your details (not including any information disclosing contact details) may be published on our website, Facebook and/or Twitter accounts. By submitting your details, to Albion Sports, you acknowledge that your information may be saved to our database and may be used at a later date regarding Albion Sports competitions, promotions, market research or feedback requests.

iii) Entrants agree that they may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likeness.

7. Data protection

i) In order to participate in the competition, participants must provide certain information on themselves. This personal information is collected and processed only for the purposes of organising, running and monitoring the campaign, as well as for carrying out publicity activities on it. The organising entity shall be considered the data controller for the database containing this personal information.

ii) By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material, which may be amended or varied at any time by Albion Sports.



iii) The prize draw is governed by and is in accordance with the laws of all state and territories within Australia and New Zealand.
